Google Ads marketing data is retrieved and pooled using the native API connector in the Data Sources menu.
What can be imported into Adloop:
- Dimensions: Google Ads, Campaign names, but also other specific variables;
- Metrics: Impressions, Conversions, Clicks, Ad Spend, Google Ads Attributed Revenue and more.
All attributed or raw Google Ads data can be freely used in Adloop features and Data analysis tools.
Reports: to analyze, cross-reference and compare all digital marketing data in our reporting system.
Exports: to send and update Google Ads data in marketing dashboard applications such as Google Data Studio, Tableau or even Excel but also feed Datamarts or Datalakes.
Notifications: to send alerts on campaign events to marketing teams – internal traffic managers or agency media and data consultants.
Raw data will be sent to Adloop data processing:
- Data normalization to gather homogeneous data into standard Dimensions or Metrics to make reporting easier.
- Adloop Marketing Attribution to calculate attributed metrics (the Adloop Tracking & Attribution Premium Connector must be enabled).
This original (raw) Google Ads data will be preserved without degradation, and will be accessible at any time in the Adloop Datamart.
As for the initial volume, one year’s worth of data will be imported when you first log in, and then this data will be updated daily, every 3 hours.
